I am still trying to figure out how to interpret this sign in Kaunas. It says don't keep your car alarm running. I assume this is an effort to persuade the locals to not use their car alarms. I think this makes sense when you consider that the only thing car alarms do is annoy people. I quit using mine a long time ago. However, full coverage car insurance does mandate car alarms, though. What to do, eh?
